Please review the following partnership and service requirements thoroughly. All items or capabilities listed below are required in order to become a vendor with CLS.
Needed Documents
- Proof of Insurance
- W-9
- Contractor License
Service Level Standards
- Estimates/Quotes — must be provided within 24 hours
- Emergency Service — must be completed same day
- Urgent — must be completed next day
- Standard Services — must be completed in 48–72 hours
- Preventive Maintenance Service — must be completed within 30 days
- Communication — daily updates are required or as needed
